Mark is a pilot, flying 747 aircraft around the world. He’s also a master chef, cooking up culinary creations with his own unique flair. Whether in Thailand, Dubai, Spain or Australia, Mark seeks out local flavors, and is not shy about asking about local techniques or unusual spices.
His goal? To see the world and taste its wonderful food, ingredient by ingredient; community by community.
When not traveling, Mark lives in Alaska. He has authored a cookbook and markets a line of spices to help make good food amazing food. All handmade, with all-natural ingredients procured from around the world, The Flying Chef’s spices and rubs are a wonderful addition to any menu.
